Designed forGround flower

Apollo-supplied figures. Output varies with material, cone and setup. Dry kief and dry hash are the only compatible infusion types.

MAIN APOLLO / MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY

Made for ground flower.

Standard input

Standard ground or milled cannabis flower.

Dry infusion only

Dry kief and dry hash are the only compatible infusion types.

Not compatible

Distillate, resin-infused material and extremely sticky ground flower.

OilCoat and KiefCoat are separate downstream machines for exterior coating of finished pre-rolls. They do not change what can run through the main Apollo filler. Explore the Coating Series ↗

01 / THE FOUNDATION

Already at work.

Apollo has already been in the market and on production floors. The rotary workflow is the foundation we continued to develop.

Time to improve.

We stepped back from marketing to rework the body, frame, mechanical parts, twisters, vibration and controls.

Apollo, reintroduced.

The established platform returns with those improvements and its own independent brand.

EARLIER-MODEL PRODUCTION FOOTAGE

The footage shows Apollo’s established workflow, including the exterior checkweigher transfer. The redesigned machine retains that underlying process with upgraded parts.

01

Feed & weighing

Product moves from the hoppers toward the weighing cups through opposing feeds. The rotary carrier has four cups: two per side, rotating between positions.

02

Fill & settling

The main wheel carries cone holders through the filling and settling stages. The redesign includes an improved vibration system and more process adjustment through the controls.

03

Twist, cut & finish

After filling and tamping, the finishing stations twist the cone, cut excess paper and crown or flatten the end. New twisters are part of the redesign.

Check & collect

The exterior transfer picks up the finished pre-roll and moves accepted product into the collection bin. Discuss the checkweigher configuration for your production line.

A CLEARER VIEW OF THE MOVEMENT

Four cups. Two per side. A rotating carrier.

This visualization opens up the arrangement that is harder to see in the photographs: longer feeds taper toward the cups from opposite sides, while the cup carrier rotates between positions.

REAL OUTPUT INSPECTION · EARLIER-MACHINE FOOTAGE

Evaluate your finished pre-roll.

Bring the exact cone, target fill and material you plan to run. In a demo, look at the fill, the finish and consecutive weights together.

This earlier footage shows the inspection process. It does not establish the redesigned machine’s weight tolerance.

THE PRODUCT PEOPLE CHOOSE

The finished pre-roll is the point.

For your customer, it is a moment. For your production team, it is the result of the paper, material, fill and finish working together.

Start with the product you want to make. Choose the cone dimensions, target fill and finish, then evaluate them with your actual material.

THE REDESIGNED APOLLO

More adjustment. A familiar workflow.

The new body and frame house upgraded mechanical parts, new twisters and an improved vibration system. Expanded PLC and HMI controls give the operator more settings to adjust.

See those adjustments during a demo. We’ll walk through how the machine is set up for your cone, material and finish.
