MAIN APOLLO / MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY

Made for ground flower.

Standard input

Standard ground or milled cannabis flower.

Dry infusion only

Dry kief and dry hash are the only compatible infusion types.

Not compatible

Distillate, resin-infused material and extremely sticky ground flower.

OilCoat and KiefCoat are separate downstream machines for exterior coating of finished pre-rolls. They do not change what can run through the main Apollo filler. Explore the Coating Series ↗

MAIN APOLLO / ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS

Plan your connection.

Supply voltage
110 V AC
Frequency
60 Hz
Rated apparent power
≤500 VA

Phase, required circuit amperage and plug / receptacle type are to be confirmed for your configuration before installation. The VA rating is not a circuit-breaker specification.

These ratings apply to the main Apollo. Confirm electrical requirements separately for any external compressor, checkweigher, OilCoat or KiefCoat equipment.

A VIEW YOU CAN’T GET FROM THE PRODUCTION FLOOR

Inside the cone.

See the flower enter, the needle tamp, the support oscillate and the paper twist, trim and crown. Choose a format and a camera angle, then look through the paper to understand the process.

The filter area is shaded for visibility. Illustrative sequence based on Apollo’s process description. Cone dimensions follow the formats below; tooling, needle travel, particle motion and timing are explanatory. Oscillation is slowed and enlarged for visibility. This is not a measured simulation or a guarantee of density, draw or burn performance. The finishing tools are simplified to show squeezing, twisting, tail cutting and crowning clearly.

CONE FORMATS

Cones + straight style. One platform.

We recommend using only Futurola cones with Apollo. Compare the Standard Paper Cone and Straight Slender formats below and match the tooling to your exact cone specification.

The right cone. The right fill.

The straight-tube figure is Futurola’s approximate capacity, with Apollo settings confirmed for your application. Standard-cone Apollo fill ranges above are supplied by our team for the redesigned machine. Futurola’s listed capacities are approximate cone capacities. Material density, packing and finishing affect the final setup.

Standard-cone dimensions were checked against Futurola’s official product pages on October 20, 2026; Straight Slender dimensions and capacity were checked on October 22, 2026. Crown is the wide opening; base is the narrow end. Confirm the exact Futurola variant before ordering tooling or cones.

PLAN A RUN

Plan your production.

Apollo’s stated current rate is approximately 12–16 pre-rolls per minute. Estimate output using your planned run time and the share of that time spent producing.

Productive time accounts for planned pauses, refills, cleaning and changeovers. Adjust it to your operation.

8 hours × 75% productive time × 12–16 per minute

Planning estimate, not a validated rate for the selected cone and weight. Actual output varies with material, tooling, setup and operation. Net fill excludes process loss and does not represent total material required.
